1. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE: The person signing the booking form is assumed to have full authority of all the persons on the booking form, and to have accepted our terms & conditions on behalf of all the persons named. 2. HOLIDAY PRICE: The prices are shown on the Carp Anglers Dream price list and are guaranteed from the date we receive your completed booking form and deposit. 3. RESERVATIONS: Your fishing holiday will be reserved when we receive your completed booking form and deposit .A confirmation will be sent to you showing the date(s) reserved. The deposit paid and details of when and how to pay the balance. 4. DEPOSIT: A deposit of 50% of the total holiday cost. Deposit is non refundable. 5. BALANCE OF PAYMENT: To be paid six weeks prior to commencement of holiday. If the balance is not received on time Carp anglers Dream reserves the right to terminate the holiday forthwith and a booking charge of 25% will be incurred. On receipt of your balance payment we will send you a receipted invoice and details of how to get to the lake. 6. CANCELLATION FEES :If you cancel your holiday you will be liable for a cancellation fee based on the following. Cancellation eight weeks or more before holiday date: The fee is deposit only. Cancellation less than eight weeks before holiday date: Fee is full cost of holiday. 7. BOILIES or pellets etc purchased on site during your holiday should be paid for when you arrive. Payment in Euros only. Thank you 8. INSURANCE: You are strongly advised to take out a comprehensive travel insurance policy covering medical and cancellation expenses plus personnel belongings and public liability cover as our own insurance does not cover you. 9. PASSPORTS: It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your group or family hold valid passports for travel within the European community. 10. THE LAW: Signature on the booking form constitutes a contract between you and Carp Anglers Dream and is accepted by both parties to be subject to English law. 11. FORCE MAJURE: We are not liable for any loss, delay or cancellation due to the following: Fire, Storm, Flood, closure of Ports / airports, Weather conditions Acts of God, Riot and Political unrest / Industrial Disputes, war or any other events beyond our control. 12. LIABILITY: Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you to us for your holiday. 13. FISHERY RULES: All persons agree to abide by the fishery rules; copies available on request. 14. TERMINATION: We reserve the right to Terminate immediately the services that we are contractually obliged to provide you if we or our employees or our transport agents consider your behaviour likely to cause unacceptable annoyance or harm to any other persons or damage to fish or property. 15. COMPLAINTS: In the unlikely event that you or member of your party have a complaint regarding your stay please advise our manager immediately. 16. GOOD CONDUCT BOND: There is a bond of 75 Euros to be paid on arrival which will be refunded on departure.
